A TRIP I WENT


 Last year in December, everyone at home was free, so the family decided to go on a trip.☺️☺️

After we discussed, we decided to go to Anuradhapura.🙏

However on 20th December we planned to visit Anuradhapura.

Because we didn't have a vehicle that could go to many people, we hired a van for this trip.🚌

That day we left our house at 5.00 am.🕔

It was a bit dark at that time.

While we were there we had breakfast,🍞🌭🥪 and my mother prepared them early in the morning .☕️🫖🍚

After took breakfast we started our journey again.

On this trip, I wanted to visit Sigiriya. 

Because Sigiriya is a topic that interests me.🤗

Anyway, my father agreed to my proposal😌and  We arrived around 11:00.🕚

From the entrance to Sigiriya we had to take a road through a forest.🌳🌳 

When we got to the front, we had to buy tickets🎫

As the crowd was gathered near the ticket counter, we took pictures near the pond until my brother bought the ticket.📸

That pond is full of lotus flowers.🪷🪷

When we go to the top of the rock, there were many tourists and locals.

We went to the top of Sigiriya with the other people.

It was a sunny day so it was a bit difficult for us.🌅 🌄🌤

We saw some interesting things on the rock and I took some photos with my family members




The sun was high so we came down quickly.

Feeling very hungry😮‍💨, we took lunch right here and after we left for our lodge.⛺️

While we went to our lodge we saw Kala Wewa and we Bathe in the lake. 

After came back to the lodge, My mother and father were tired from the journey, so they took a little nap and my sister and brother were resting there.

But I felt very hot, so I took a quick shower. 🛀

Around 5 in the evening🕔, we wore on white clothes 🤍and left to see Ruwanwelisaya🙏.

This was a very difficult journey 

Because it was a poya day and there was a traffic jam with a large crowd.🚦🚥

So we parked our vehicle safely and went on our way.🅿️🚌

First, we went to worship 🙏Ruwanwelisaya and spent few time there.



On the way back we came across many dansal.😁

Later we walked to the place where the vehicle was parked and we came back to the lodge around 11 pm.🕚 

The next morning we leave to our home from Anuradhapura.🤗🤗

That was one of unforgettable day in my memory.☺️

TIME WITH CARTOONS ✌🏻

         This is one of my favorite activity . This is actually something I do in my spare time. Any kid who likes to watch cartoons since childhood like me. There is no age discrimination. Children love to watch cartoons because they are full of colorful characters, interesting stories and imagination. Anyway, I watched a lot of cartoons when I was a kid. It doesn't matter now, I still watch cartoons. MY UNIVERSITY 👩‍🎓🎓

                           My university is the University of Visual and Performing Arts. It is located near Nelum Pokuna, Colombo. It is the best university for my field of dance. I worked very hard to choose this university for my high school. Finally I got into this university. I love this so much. Now I am studying dance. It is the only university in Sri Lanka that offers only special degree programs in visual and performing arts. I think that my university will help me a lot for a better future.  I respect my university.
