MY FV HOLIDAY DESTINATION 🤪

My favorite holiday destination is Kandy.

Kandy is full of fragrance and color with many places.

This city has a valuable history.

Actually im pleasure to say that I also live in Kandy District.

When I reach the heart of the city, I am greeted by the beautiful Kandy Lake.


I think Kandy is the best travel destination in Sri Lanka.

Kandy located in central province.

Many people come to visit in Kandy.

I also love the natural beauty of this city.

As well as its cold and pleasant climate.


Kandy is considered the cultural capital of Sri Lanka due to its architectural heritage. Kandy is home to the Dalada Palace (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most important places in the Buddhist world. It has also declared the city of Kandy as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988. Kandy city is a heritage of a very attractive environment.


There are several places that bring beauty in the city of Kandy.

Kandy Pooja City, Popularly known as Senkadagalapura, Kanda Udarata, etc

This sacred Buddhist site was the last capital of Sinhalese kings where the Dinahala culture flourished for more than 2500 years until the British invaded Sri Lanka in 1815.



The lake circle which is loved by many and where one can spend time walking freely is also very beautiful. This was created around Bogambara Lake in Kandy city. This is an island in the middle.


Kandy is home to many medieval Buddhist temples.

 The most unique feature in the city of Kandy is the Kandy Esala Perahera. The Esala Perahera is the annual festival in which Buddha's tooth relic is displayed around the city. Here whippersnappers, fireballers, 

Flag bearers, drummers, male and female dancers performing various dances, flute players, tusk elephant and many other elephants can be seen. Finally Diyawadana Nilamama also comes. These colorful features attract thousands of local and foreign tourists to Kandy every year.



Kandy is a lovely city in the middle of Srilanka.

Thats why I love to visit Kandy during my holidays.

Dumping waste from factories into water, dumping garbage into streams etc.  Protecting the ocean is important for the future of our planet.

TIME WITH CARTOONS ✌🏻

         This is one of my favorite activity . This is actually something I do in my spare time. Any kid who likes to watch cartoons since childhood like me. There is no age discrimination. Children love to watch cartoons because they are full of colorful characters, interesting stories and imagination. Anyway, I watched a lot of cartoons when I was a kid. It doesn't matter now, I still watch cartoons. MY UNIVERSITY 👩‍🎓🎓

                           My university is the University of Visual and Performing Arts. It is located near Nelum Pokuna, Colombo. It is the best university for my field of dance. I worked very hard to choose this university for my high school. Finally I got into this university. I love this so much. Now I am studying dance. It is the only university in Sri Lanka that offers only special degree programs in visual and performing arts. I think that my university will help me a lot for a better future.  I respect my university.
